Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website, book a call or contact us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify processes this data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Fonts

This website loads the font "Inter" from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To do this, your browser connects to Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. We use this to display the website consistently (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). More: Google Privacy Policy.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

5. Booking a call

When you book a Discovery Call, our booking tool Cal.com processes the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, the time you choose and any answers you give. We use them to hold the call, prepare for it and send you reminders by email and text message (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The video call itself takes place via Zoom, under that provider's own privacy policy.

6. Contacting us

If you email us or message us on LinkedIn, we process your message and contact details to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a business relationship (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).

7. Business outreach

We contact business owners and consultants whose professional details are publicly available, for example on LinkedIn or their company website, to offer our services. We process name, company, role, public profile URL and business email address for this purpose, based on our legitimate interest in business development (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can object at any time by replying "no" or emailing us, and we will stop contacting you and remove your data, except for a record that you objected.

8. How long we keep data

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless statutory retention periods (for example under German commercial and tax law) require us to keep it longer.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one in the German state where we are based.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our website or services change. The current version is always on this page.
